The service we offer is a private hire / taxi / minicab door to door airport transfer for the number of passengers booked. 

  • Airport pick-ups are of specific terms and there are various meeting points explained on the pages of each airport.

  • We monitor all flight arrivals for a confirmed landing time using BAA information.

  • If your flight is either early or delayed we will meet you after the actual arrival time.

  • If your flight is cancelled in advance we will wait for instructions from you.

  • We will meet you at the pre-designated meeting points or inside the arrivals hall usually 30 minutes after the flight has been confirmed to land unless agreed otherwise.

  • Our office or driver may also call or text you whilst waiting outside the terminal to tell you your vehicle details and where it is waiting.

  • We must have a mobile number of the passenger we are meeting to guarantee a pick up as this is the only way of contacting the passenger.

  • For 'Meet and Greets' we will display a greeting board with passengers name.

  • We strongly recommend that passengers contact the office immediately after landing to find out what vehicle is meeting them.

  • Our driver will normally assist you with your luggage to the vehicle but ultimately you are responsible for your own luggage.

  • We will wait a maximum of one hour from the time of landing. If no contact is made we will deem the booking as a 'no show'.

  • If you are delayed for any reason please call the office immediately.

  • We allow 40 minutes free waiting from landing time unless agreed otherwise.

Due to our proximity to Heathrow we can normally have a car to you in 20 - 25 minutes if you call when arriving at Heathrow (this may be longer during rush hours).
